INDUSTRIAL SANDBLASTING
We have the capability to sandblast at our facility using products such as Abrade-Away. It’s washed and dried to:
- Eliminate Dust and Contaminants
- Provide Uniform Gradation
- Clean Faster, For Higher Productivity
- Provide Best Blast Results
- Less than 1% free silica, it out performs other slag abrasives
Surface preparation is THE key to any project to maximize adhering for any future coating application. If the surface is not prepped, the coating and deterioration of the substrate metal is inevitable. Our specialists study each project and determine the optimum approach to surface preparation based on site specific conditions such as tank materials, existing corrosion, humidity and other environmental conditions.
Our industrial sandblasters can accommodate all grades starting at SSPC-1 TO SSPC-16 (in accordance with SSPC protocol) on any and all metals in any and all industries.
Our facility blast room is large enough to handle all projects large and small:
Blast Room – 60’ x 60’
Forklifts – 105, 35 and 10 ton capacity
We can sandblast a variety of objects and machinery including but not limited to:
- Structural Steel – Posts, framework, signs, beams, etc.

- Due to an increasing demand in the sandblasting of pipe, we too can sandblast the interior of the pipe ranging from 1” – 36” diameter either in shop or in the field.

INDUSTRIAL PAINTING
We have two industrial spray painting booths, one of which can accommodate oversize machinery or anything in between. Our paint applications will far outlast any paint or other coating on the market. It is applied correctly and to industry standards.
Our expert applicators will provide you with quality spray painting for industrial projects in the Gulf Coast, all across Texas and the rest of the US that will withstand the vigorous and harsh environments the machinery will experience.
Our facilities spray painting facilities are large enough to handle your biggest projects, which include:

Spray Booth – 100’ X 80’ with 30ft wide opening
